Purpose of the service
SchoolPickupLine is a browser-based queue-management and communication tool for school dismissal and is intended for use by authorized school personnel.
Operational responsibility and safety
SchoolPickupLine helps organize and communicate pickup information, but it is not a student-custody or physical-safety decision system. Schools remain responsible for student supervision, custody and authorized-pickup verification, student release, traffic and vehicle management, emergency procedures, and all physical-safety decisions connected with dismissal.
Authorized use
Schools are responsible for deciding which personnel receive access and which role level is appropriate for each account.
Accounts and credentials
Schools are responsible for maintaining user credentials and for disabling accounts that are no longer needed.
Acceptable use
Users may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the service for purposes unrelated to authorized school dismissal operations.
Additional agreements
School or district use may also be governed by a separate signed Use & Data Agreement. If a signed agreement applies, that agreement controls over this public summary.
